You are invited to the next dinner in your city. Eight to twelve operators, one table, off the record. ITMT and its partners cover the dinner.

Guests join the private community for follow-ups between dinners, plus first access to webinars and Intensives.

What happens at a mastermind dinner?
A small, vetted group of IT services leaders meets over dinner. Everything is off the record. Ian Markram hosts and keeps the conversation on the real problems in the room: hiring, pricing, churn, cash, M&A and what comes next. Dinners run in Australia, New Zealand, the USA and the UK.
How do I join a mastermind dinner?
Apply through the site. Every applicant is vetted so the room stays peer-to-peer: you need to run, or be a senior leader in, an IT services business. If you are a fit you will be invited to the next dinner in your city.
Does it cost anything?
The podcast, webinars and community are free. Dinners are invitation-only and covered by ITMT and its partners. Quarterly Intensives are run through Loading Growth's Everest programs, which are paid coaching programs.
