We bring together top industry leaders to share valuable insights, draw from personal experience and demonstrate expertise. We host carefully curated dinners, run tactical webinars and Intensives, and publish long-form conversations that go deeper than the conference stage ever does.
The aim is simple: help the people who run IT services businesses overcome the obstacles in front of them, professional and personal, with the wisdom of peers who have already been through it.
ITMT started in Sydney in 2024 as a handful of founders around one table. It now runs dinners across Australia, New Zealand, the USA and the UK, a podcast with 200+ episodes and videos, and a YouTube channel of more than 10,000 subscribers.

Ian Markram built and sold his own IT consultancy to NTT Data, then founded Loading Growth to coach the founders of IT services and systems integrator firms. Six exits guided, $230M in combined exit value, 150+ firms coached, three books. He hosts every ITMT dinner and every episode of the podcast.
That is why the dinners stay honest and the interviews go deeper than the bar-after-the-conference version. Nobody is being sold to. Everyone is comparing notes.

It runs mastermind dinners, webinars and quarterly Intensives, and publishes long-form podcast conversations hosted by Ian Markram of Loading Growth.

Founders, CEOs, managing directors and senior executives who are actually running an IT services business, typically with 5 to 200 staff. It is built for operators, not observers: no vendors pitching, no keynote speakers selling courses, no tire-kickers.
What happens at a mastermind dinner?
A small, vetted group of IT services leaders meets over dinner. Everything is off the record. Ian Markram hosts and keeps the conversation on the real problems in the room: hiring, pricing, churn, cash, M&A and what comes next. Dinners run in Australia, New Zealand, the USA and the UK.
How do I join a mastermind dinner?
Apply through the site. Every applicant is vetted so the room stays peer-to-peer: you need to run, or be a senior leader in, an IT services business. If you are a fit you will be invited to the next dinner in your city.
Does it cost anything?
The podcast, webinars and community are free. Dinners are invitation-only and covered by ITMT and its partners. Quarterly Intensives are run through Loading Growth's Everest programs, which are paid coaching programs.

If you run an IT services firm with a story worth telling, book a short pre-interview call from the Be a guest page. Episodes run 45 to 70 minutes and cover the start-to-exit journey: the wins, the wipeouts and the decisions you would make differently.
What are the webinars and Intensives?
Webinars are monthly online sessions with operators who have solved the problem you are stuck on: pricing changes, hiring traps, M&A prep, AI rollout. Intensives are quarterly two-day in-person workshops with a tight cohort, run with Loading Growth.
